Jess Wallace
Jess Wallace, MA, NCC
Jess is a pre-licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience working with children and families in both community mental health and school-based capacities. She primarily works with children and adolescents. Jess strives to provide a treatment approach that is best suited to the needs of the client. Her main approaches are Client-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with a focus on emotional regulation. Jess also has experience using play therapy and trauma-informed interventions.
Jess is passionate about serving others and helping individuals find healing through discovering their voice and learning emotional regulation.
