Lindsey McCray, PMHNP-BC
Lindsey McCray is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Lindsey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville. Lindsey has experience in caring for patients across the lifespan in an outpatient setting. She provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for patients 18 years and older.

Audra Fegley, PMHNP-BC
Audra is a board certified Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Audra has experience in treating mental illness for clients 16 years and older. Her treatment focus includes depression, anxiety, panic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, addiction, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.

Audra has experience working in a variety of settings from teaching mental health to nursing students, treatment of clients in a residential as well as community mental health centers. She is a co-author of Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Success, published by F.A.Davis. Audra’s goal is to help her clients realize their full potential and succeed in all aspects of life.

Ayse Wise WHNP-PMHNP-BC
Ayse is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Ayse has experience in treating mental health across the lifespan throughout a variety of settings including hospitals, residential treatment facilities and community health centers. Her practice focus includes: attention deficit disorder, autism, school aged concerns, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, women’s mental health concerns, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.

Ayse’s treatment goals are to help you feel supported, and encouraged while you work on improving your mental health and wellbeing. Along with medication, she employs nutrition, lifestyle improvements and integrative care in her practice.

Ayse also has more than a decade experience working with the Autism population. She believes medication management can be a life changer for many people suffering from concurrent diagnosis with ASD such as anxiety or ADHD.
Evan Wilson PMHNP-BC
Evan is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has experience treating mental illness for clients 7 years and older. His treatment focus includes depression, anxiety, panic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, addiction, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder.

Evan has experience in community-based mental health, having cared for a variety of patients over the past four and a half years. He takes a person-centered approach to patient care, where patients are encouraged to collaborate with the provider in goal setting and treatment planning. Evan’s aim is to help patients maximize functioning in daily life as well as overall physical and mental well-being through evidence-based treatment.

Joseph is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He treats mental health across the lifespan in an outpatient setting and his focus is on treating anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders. Joseph’s treatment approach is to provide individualized care while providing a safe space for his patients.
