Caitlin Greenwood, FPMHNP-BC
Caitlin Greenwood, is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Caitlin received her bachelor of arts from the University of Alabama in 2005 and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2012. Caitlin has experience in treating mental illness across the lifespan however currently sees clients ages 18 and up. Her practice focus includes: depression, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, dementia, addiction, attention deficit disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. She has experience working in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, community mental health centers and outpatient private practice. Caitlin’s goal is to help others achieve their full potential through comprehensive care.

Lindsey McCray, PMHNP-BC
Lindsey McCray is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Lindsey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville. Lindsey has experience in caring for patients across the lifespan in an outpatient setting. She provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for patients 18 years and older.
Lindsey’s clinical areas of interest include: depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. Lindsey’s goal is to develop a personalized treatment plan for each patient while providing a safe and relaxed environment.

Audra Fegley, PMHNP-BC
Audra is a board certified Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Audra has experience in treating mental illness for clients 16 years and older. Her treatment focus includes depression, anxiety, panic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, addiction, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.
Audra has experience working in a variety of settings from teaching mental health to nursing students, treatment of clients in a residential as well as community mental health centers. She is a co-author of Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Success, published by F.A.Davis. Audra’s goal is to help her clients realize their full potential and succeed in all aspects of life.

Gail Clift, APRN-BC
Ms. Clift is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and a Child Adolescent Mental Health clinical Nurse Specialist. She has over 30 years of experience in working with children and adolescents and over 15 years of experience in children’s Mental Health. Ms. Clift works to advocate for children to help them succeed in school and be “the best they can be”. She has a particular interest in developmental delays, parent training, and providing medication management and other treatment for children ages 3-21.
Ayse Wise APRN
Ayse is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Ayse has experience in treating mental health across the lifespan throughout a variety of settings including hospitals, residential treatment facilities and community health centers. Her practice focus includes: attention deficit disorder, autism, school aged concerns, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, women’s mental health concerns, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.

Ayse also has more than a decade experience working with the Autism population. She believes medication management can be a life changer for many people suffering from concurrent diagnosis with ASD such as anxiety or ADHD.
Ayse’s treatment goals are to help you feel supported, and encouraged while you work on improving your mental health and wellbeing. Along with medication, she employs nutrition, lifestyle improvements and integrative care in her practice.
