Stress Management
A 6-week program for adults (22+) who need a space to process stress and learn new coping skills. Topics covered will include:
Stress in the Body
Communication
Emotional Regulation
Coping Skills
Processing Current Stressors
Meetings will be on Tuesdays from 4:00-5:30 for a 6 week period. Skills will come from a variety of modalities including mindfulness, DBT, CBT, Expressive Therapies, IFS, etc.
$80 up front for all 6 sessions, or
