Sierra is a graduate clinician currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She graduated from UTK in 2023 with a bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Child and Family Studies. She has experience working with elementary school aged children as a youth mentor in Knox County Schools.

Sierra is open to clients of all ages, but she primarily works with children ages 3 and older struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, and life transitions. She believes that everyone deserves to be heard, seen, and understood with respect and empathy. She hopes to help clients recognize their resiliency and strengths.

Sierra  uses the wellness model to guide her practice and works from a trauma-informed perspective. Sierra uses techniques from person-centered therapy, play therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy with a culturally sensitive lens.
