James completed his BA in humanistic psychology and criminology from the University of West Georgia. He then spent time working with children and adolescents in residential treatment in Memphis before obtaining his MS in clinical mental health counseling. James believes that living internationally with his military family has helped his ability to work with people and families of all shapes and backgrounds.

Treatment Approach

James uses EMDR, PCIT, and Play Therapy in his treatment approach with clients.
