Caroline is a counseling intern here at Life Connections Counseling. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Sewanee: University of the South, her Master of Health Science – Nutrition from Georgia State University, and is currently working towards her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University.

As a registered dietitian, Caroline specializes in eating disorders and is excited to use this wealth of experience to inform her counseling work. Caroline’s therapeutic style has been heavily influenced by Psychodynamic Theory, a collaborative approach aimed at understanding the client’s inner world. She uses the therapeutic relationship as a primary vehicle for exploration. Through the process of therapy, clients will gain insight into their thoughts and emotions, which can lead to new ways of understanding and relating to themselves and others. She works with both adolescents and adults, 13 and older. Some areas she is passionate about include eating disorders, relational issues, identity development, personality disorders, and much more.
