Catherine is a clinician and the Internship Coordinator here at Life Connections. Catherine has a Masters degree in Professional Education with a concentration in Counseling and a second Masters degree from Northwestern University in mental health with a concentration in adolescents and youth. Catherine has 5 years of experience working with adults and adolescents. Catherine also has her ARC Reiki certification which allows her to offer this ancient practice to her clients. In addition, Catherine has been certified as an Autism Specialist.

Treatment Approach

Catherine’s therapy approach is acceptance and commitment theory. Catherine is trained in multiple theories and will pull from multiple theories to tailor an approach that will work best for your individual situation. Some of these theories include person centered, Cognitive Behavioral Theory, and existential theory.
