Alisha has been a licensed professional counselor-mental health service provider in the state of Tennessee since 2015. She has experience working with children, families, and couples as a family intervention specialist for a local non-profit agency since 2006.
Alisha has also worked with the same populations in a private practice setting since 2013. Her expertise is focused on marital conflict, anxiety, depression, parenting skill needs, communication issues, and family conflict.
Alisha strives to use treatment modalities and interventions that are tailored to meet the needs of her clients. Some of the main approaches she utilizes are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy.
